Ms. Heather Snowden

Ms. Heather Snowden began her Latin studies in third grade at Christ Covenant School, a classical and Christian school in Winterville, NC, which she attended from kindergarten to twelfth grade. She earned a degree in Classics from the University of Virginia with a second major in Italian, and has also attended the Accademia Vivarium Novum in Rome, the Conventiculum Lexintoniense at the University of Kentucky, and has co-founded a spoken Latin summer camp for children. Heather grew up on a farm with all kinds of animals (from chickens to goats to peacocks), has gone skydiving, and loves all things Italy. She has two wonderful parents and a younger brother in NC.
