  • General Music/Strings Teacher, Grades 5-8

    Are you passionate about music, historic and orthodox Christian faith and practice, and shaping young minds? Look no further! We are seeking a talented, experienced, and dedicated General Music/Strings Teacher (Grades 5-8) to join our faculty at Veritas School located in Richmond, VA.
    The General Music/Strings Teacher (Grades 5-8) provides instruction in General Music and Beginning Strings, working alongside other Veritas Music Faculty in lower and upper grades. This position is ideal for a General Music educator who enjoys working with middle schoolers and has experience teaching Beginning Strings.
    At Veritas, we are serious about Christian formation in a liberal arts context and creating a well-rounded education experience. As the General Music/Strings Teacher, you will have the unique opportunity to share your passion for music and play a pivotal role in shaping their musical journey.   • Marketing and Communications Manager

    Would you like to tell the story of a classical Christian school that began in 2000 and now serves 675 students with over 100 faculty and staff drawn from across our city, country, and even the world? Would you like to join a team of friends, not merely colleagues, who are committed to shaping the hearts and minds of students through our shared efforts? Can you work with administrators to articulate a compelling vision of education—one that has positioned Veritas School as a leader in the classical Christian community?     Veritas is seeking a talented and dynamic Communication and Marketing Manager to lead and execute strategic storytelling, branding, and outreach efforts. This individual will serve as the primary storyteller for Veritas, shaping the voice and image of the school through compelling content, creative design, and cohesive messaging. The Communication and Marketing Manager will guide all departments and divisions in their communications, ensuring alignment with the school’s mission and vision. This position is a valuable member of the Advancement Team, serves as the creative manager for the team, and reports to the Director of Advancement.

  • Middle School Lacrosse Coach

    Veritas School is a private, K-12 classical Christian school in the northside of Richmond and is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Middle School Lacrosse Coach to lead and inspire our upper school athletes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about athletics and mentorship to help student in their spiritual growth and with developing their track skills, confidence, and teamwork. 
    Applicants must have previous coaching or competitive experience in lacrosse and the ability to develop and implement a comprehensive training program focused on skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship.  It also requires the ability to organize and conduct daily practice sessions, including warm-ups, drills, and conditioning. The coach must also be a Christian and an active member in their church.  If this position sounds interesting to you and you would like to work in a school culture that is faithful to Jesus and aligned with the Classical tradition, we want to hear from you!   • Part-Time Athletic Trainer

    Are you a Certified Athletic Trainer who wants to serve in a school culture that is faithful to Jesus and aligned with the Classical tradition? Veritas School is a K-12 private school and is seeking an Athletic Trainer for the 2024-2025 school year to work with athletes in soccer, tennis, cross country, volleyball, basketball, track, lacrosse, and golf. This is a part-time position covering after-school practices and games.
    Ideal candidates will have attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to think critically regarding assessment, treatment, and return to play decisions. Experience in Athletic Training is preferred, but not required.

  • Veritas Faculty Fellow (Grades JK - 12th)

    The Faculty Fellows Program at Veritas School is designed to prepare and equip teachers to work within the classical Christian tradition. Developed in coordination with the Society for Classical Learning, the program aims to recruit and develop aspiring educators who are committed to serving God wholeheartedly by cultivating students of wisdom and virtue. Fellowships run from August 4th, 2025 - June 4th, 2026, and include on-campus housing and a stipend.

    If you are a recent college graduate with a desire to enter the field of classical Christian education in an environment that includes mentoring, support, and increasing classroom responsibilities, we welcome your application for a 2025-26 Fellowship.
