Lower School Coffee & Conversation on January 25
The administration warmly invites our Lower School parents (JK - 6) to continue their dialogue together at the next Coffee & Conversation on Thursday, January 25. Parents are invited to gather in the Virginia Hall auditorium at 8:00 AM for coffee, followed by conversation with Mr. Tyson Lee and Academic Dean Andrew Smith on the topic below:
Why Do We Have Both Rules and Grace? | Training children according to rules might seem to be at odds with training them according to grace, but it's a misunderstanding to pit the two against each other. As we seek to train the whole child - body, soul, mind, will, and affections - even the small and seemingly insignificant rules at school and at home play a crucial role. Join us to find out why and to explore these ideas together.
